Our Team consists of Fully qualified Professional coaches and Bankside assistant coaches .

 

All coaches are Enhanced CRB checked, and have attended one or more courses in child protection.

 

The professional coaches all have first aid certificates and  have attended quality assurance ,evaluation ,and disability in angling certificated courses.

Swinton and Pendlebury anglers are an accredited centre delivering OCN (open college network) certificated courses ,

All units consist of 10 hrs tuition and are normally delivered in 2 hour segments .

 

Each completed unit carries  1 credit towards children,s portfolios  

We also offer our own home grown A.C.E.S

(angling conservation environment skills ) award scheme for children who may not wish to take the more formal route of OCN.
